The most difficult task in losing weight is dieting.
It is a challenge that defines success or failure because it is a demanding change and bad habits are not easily broken, especially when it comes to foods.
Most people take a long time in acquiring and developing their food preferences, whether it is good or bad, sweets or fatty foods, starches, creams or processed foods, one thing is certain, they will eat their choice foods because it gives them pleasure; but dieting is absolutely necessary for over weight people although it is a total contrast to unhealthy eating.
A good, fast weight loss diet is a safe way of controlling calories intake and reducing excessive weight but it does much more than that, it detoxifies and also brings body and mind to balance.
Most people with excessive body fat problems know that there are tons of weight loss diet products on the market with innovative new ones being added every day; they also know that just about every diet plan claims to be the best diet formula on the cloud.
But how are they suppose to know which ones are safe, risk free, natural or do they even deliver the actual claims that are made about them.
The simple truth or fact of the matter is, no diet plan program is entitled to the claim of being the best plan no the market, most plans practically work, it all depends on the individual using it.
Most individuals will have a different response or reaction to the same product, therefore obtaining various results.
The fact is any diet plan could work as long as you commit yourself and stick to your goal of healthy eating, exercise, selecting the right and proper amount of foods.
The secret to losing weight is in applying discipline and more discipline but do not cry out yet, cause every day and in every way, you only get better, better and better.

Now that you are smiling, I will like to introduce you to a few simple tips that will allow you to create your own diet plan and avoid the mistakes that most dieters make in reaching their desired weight loss goals.
However, please take me serious, I have been there, I have done it and you can do it as well; make unhealthy eating and being overweight something of the past.
The first step in dieting should be a visit to your family doctor, explain to her/him your intention to lose weight and your goal plan to accomplish it; discuss the foods you will be using in your diet plan and also the foods you intend to eliminate from your life and what exercise you have decided to start with.
The sole purpose in visiting you doctor is to lay it all out on the table and find out how it will impact your health before proceeding.
The second step in dieting is to enlighten yourself about the foods you have been consuming daily.
On a sheet of paper, honestly list the foods you eat and drink, do the two columns thing of advantages and disadvantages by listing their corresponding calories or daily intake of the food.
Replace all unhealthy foods of high calories and excessive saturated fats in the disadvantage column with healthy low calorie foods that are high in nutrition, monounsaturated fatty acids and fibre.
This method of awareness, the habit of checking what type of foods you eat daily, will allow you to control your calories intake at the end of the day.
You can always adjust your food intake the next day if you ate too much the previous day.
The third step in dieting is choosing the correct foods to eat, I am not a dietician but there are certain types of food that will never make it to my kitchen cupboards or fridge again.
For example, I love ice cream but it once got me into a whole lot of trouble with my weight.
Some of you may identify with me on this but the point I am trying to make is, when you over indulge in foods you fancy that are very sweet, fatty or processed, etc.
the results could cause irreversible health problems.
That is the reason to attack you indulgence by any means necessary and if you have to keep it out of the kitchen cupboards? Then so be it because failing to address your unhealthy eating habits will eventually lead to heart and liver problems, maybe more.
Therefore, commit yourself to change by choosing healthy foods, such as whole gains and nuts, vegetables, fruits and lean meats.
Avoid eating too much red meats is my personal opinion to staying healthy.
There is an old Chinese proverb that says "pick like a bird, run like a deer", which maybe a complement to our theory here in the western hemisphere that says "eat six small meals per day and remain fit and healthy".
Here comes the question, what if I get hungry between meals? Here is the answer, "pick like a bird by filling yourself with fruits, vegetable sticks, healthy snacks" but do not try to run like a deer too soon, I have never been able to run as fast as a deer but I was able to move a mountain to the opposite side once, I do not think I will try it again because I have changed my eating habits, now, I pick like a bird.
The essence of the article, forget the hype of which is the quickest weight loss diet cause they all make the same claims; you have enough information within you to get started or to even create your own healthy weight loss diet plan.
Discipline yourself, stick to your weight loss goal and maybe you will run as fast as a deer.
